Domestic
USA Orders
Animalushop
reserves the right to ship parcels in the manner deemed most appropriate for
the size and type of gift purchased. All domestic shipping is billed using current
USPS or UPS rates, with insurance and handling charges added as appropriate.
Small parcels are often shipped Priority Mail because of loss, crushing, or
breakage concerns. If shipped Priority Mail, handling charges are added to the
base Priority Mail cost and loss is generally assummed by the Company for the
convenience of the customer. Larger items will normally be shipped via UPS,
and if special packaging or handling is required by the shipper, these charges
will be added to the standard cost.
International
Orders
We are always
happy to provide our international customers with unique gifts, and do so daily..
Our international orders are generally shipped US Airfreight because of cost
and generally arrive in 7-10 and to most countries (Except Far East). UPS Worldwide
or other carriers are available should 2 or 3 day delivery be preferred, but
often the cost in prohibitive. We always obtain proof of shipping to the address
provided, but since proof of delivery is generally not available, we cannot
be responsible for non-delivery unless insurance is requested, available, and
paid for in advance by the customer. International Customers placing orders
through the shopping cart should check the International Orders payment processing
box during checkout and a ship quote will be provided and your ordered processed
without actual billing. At time of shipment, if the actual ship charges
are substancially different from the estimated on the order, the customer will
be notified and means provided to pay the ship cost difference if agreed to
by the customer. Some countries and products not available for International
Shipment.
SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS
If an item is received damaged, please notify Customer Service at 423-334-1674
within 5 days of receipt so a claim can be made to the shipper and return or
pick-up arrangements made for the product.
RETURNS AND WARRANTY REPAIR
We
want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase
If you are unhappy with the product for any reason, please
contact Customer Service at 423-334-1674 within 15 days of receipt so we can
make arrangements for return, credit or refund.
